Anti-Blade Blocks

This is a square-type blade used as a key component in agricultural harvesting machines, as well as in MDF and particleboard production lines, particularly in chippers and shredders. It is manufactured in this unit using a completely unique method: the four corners, subjected to pressure and friction, are selectively hardened up to 50 HRC while the core remains soft. This ensures that the blade will not break upon impact with non-wooden objects, does not damage critical components of high-speed heavy machinery, and guarantees the complete safety of personnel.
